Responsibilities

  • Manage on-ground operation and provide service
  • Contact and follow up with agencies, suppliers and guests
  • Monitor and manage calls and emails or any received contact
  • Ensuring workflow and tasks assign
  • Process and coordinate post travel, refunds and requests
  • Coordinate with tour operators in Thailand for booking via Line, WhatsApp or email

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any related field
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good Microsoft Office skill, Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Responsible and positive attitude with good interpersonal skill
  • Work independent and with team
  • Work in a fast-pace and under pressure
  • Experienced with travel agency or hotel will be advantage
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
