Responsibilities

Manage on-ground operation and provide service
Contact and follow up with agencies, suppliers and guests
Monitor and manage calls and emails or any received contact
Ensuring workflow and tasks assign
Process and coordinate post travel, refunds and requests
Coordinate with tour operators in Thailand for booking via Line, WhatsApp or email

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in any related field
Good command of spoken and written English
Good Microsoft Office skill, Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Able to handle multiple tasks
Responsible and positive attitude with good interpersonal skill
Work independent and with team
Work in a fast-pace and under pressure
Experienced with travel agency or hotel will be advantage
Fresh graduate will be considered
Immediately available is preferred
