
Responsibilities
- Manage on-ground operation and provide service
- Contact and follow up with agencies, suppliers and guests
- Monitor and manage calls and emails or any received contact
- Ensuring workflow and tasks assign
- Process and coordinate post travel, refunds and requests
- Coordinate with tour operators in Thailand for booking via Line, WhatsApp or email
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good Microsoft Office skill, Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Able to handle multiple tasks
- Responsible and positive attitude with good interpersonal skill
- Work independent and with team
- Work in a fast-pace and under pressure
- Experienced with travel agency or hotel will be advantage
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Immediately available is preferred
