- Complimentary hotel pick-up is provided within Ao Nam Mao, Ao Nang, Ao Nang soi 8 and Krabi Town, with scheduled times 09:00 AM, 11:00 AM for Coach and Ferry option and 07:00 AM, 08:30 AM, 10:30 AM for Coach and Speed Catamaran. Guests staying at Railay Beach should proceed to the designated meeting point at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, a 15-minute ride from Railay East. Guests staying in Ton Sai, the meeting point is at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas are requested to utilize the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Please note that your precise pick-up time will be communicated via email following your booking. Guests are respectfully requested to meet their tour guide at meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Additional Information
- Children aged 3 to 8 years qualify for child tickets.
- If you select the 9:30 AM departure, your transfer will be by minivan and speedboat, arriving at Maenam Pier on Koh Samui.
- If you select the 8:00 AM or 11:30 AM departure, your transfer will be by bus/coach and catamaran, arriving at Nathon Pier on Koh Samui.
- Each passenger may carry up to 20 kg of personal luggage on the vehicle and boat. For luggage exceeding this limit, an additional fee of 200 THB per extra item applies.
- In the case of 11–12 participants, transportation will be provided by minivan.
- In the rare event we must cancel a tour, we will notify you in advance and offer an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund.
- Tour times might shift by up to an hour earlier or later due to changing weather or sea conditions.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
