- Get picked up from your hotel located near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The pickup time is between 9.00 a.m. – 10.30 a.m., 12.00 p.m. – 1.00 p.m. or 2.00 p.m. – 3.00 p.m.
- The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please check your email for the confirmed pickup details.
- Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
- You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

After gearing up and getting familiar with your vehicle, you’re ready to hit the trail.

Additional Information
- Children must be at least 8 years old and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
- Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 17 years old.
- During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
- ATV capacity is limited to 140 kilograms including rider and passenger.
- This activity can accommodate up to 60 people.
- Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
- Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease, or bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
