I was so excited to take this class and honestly I'm glad I did. The instructor provided travel communication the entire time. The bathroom was clean. Our table setting was family style, the portions were generous. Each person had their own station but we were also in groups accordingly to the dish and helped each other prep the ingredients. We ate so much food everyone left smiling and full. She allowed pictures and shared them with the group. All the ingredients were given to us in a PDF at the end of class and she is still available should anyone have questions.

Amazing experience, we cooked 5 dishes we got to choose from a menu, definitely come hungry!! It’s a lot of food and it’s incredible. We got a cookbook to take home and the hosts were lovely people, doing it since 2001 you can definitely tell there expertise! The mango sticky rice was the best I’ve had in Thailand.

This was a great trip and highly recommend. We got to go into the lagoon, and plenty of swimming time too! Guide was great, and ensured we had a great experience, and tried to avoid the crowds for us too.

We used the van for airport transport and it made getting around much easier. The vehicle was comfortable and we had enough room for our luggage. It saved us a lot of hassle.

James was very helpful throughout the journey and made sure to plan around tourism and wave changes. We sat at the front of the boat and he continually came out to check on us as did the rest of the crew.

The rafting section was fun and kept us active without feeling too difficult. The waterfall stop was a nice chance to cool down and take a short break. Transport was smooth, although there was a little waiting before we started. Overall it made for a good half day outdoors.
