Hard Rock Hotel
The hotel gives you the feel of walking through a museum with every space and corner exhibiting clothing and musical instruments of many famous celebrities. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, the same place as the public bus stop.

Central Pattaya/Hilton Hotel
The largest beachfront shopping complex in Southeast Asia, it is the most popular shopping center in Pattaya. You can also hop-off at this stop for the Hilton Hotel. The bus stop is at the side of the mall, on Soi Pattaya 9.

Royal Garden Plaza/Walking Street
The entertainment mall, full of activities, restaurants, and shopping. Walking Street, the most popular hangout street, full of night clubs and bars. The bus stop is in front of Royal Garden Plaza Gate.

Additional Information
- Buses depart from Terminal 21 every 60 minutes, with the first departure at 10:30 AM and the last at 5:30 PM. The first stop is at our counter on the Ground Floor, Gate 1.
- Ticket validity is based on ticket redemption time. If you purchase a 1-day ticket, the ticket is valid for 24 hours. For example, if you redeem the ticket at 11.00 AM on Monday, the ticket is valid until 11.00 AM on Tuesday.
- The tour is fully narrated in 6 languages (Thai, Russian, German, Korean, English and Chinese).
- No outside food or drinks are allowed on board.
- Reserved space for wheelchairs and baby strollers (safety clamps provided).
- 1 loop is about 2.5-3 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
- Guest who has heart disease, High blood pressure, asthma or seizure disorder are not recommended to join the course.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
