• Children’s tickets are available for ages 4-10 years, with a height requirement of 90 to 130 cm. 
• Feeding Show Times:
• Tank 1 (Coral Reef Zone) at 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• Tank 2 (Open Ocean Zone) at 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• Tank 3 (Giant of Siam Zone) at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. 
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund. 

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
