- The meeting point is located opposite Tha Phae Gate and can be easily reached by taxi, Grab, or on foot from nearby hotels.
- For guests with hotel transfer, pickup time is between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. from hotels in Chiang Mai Old Town.
- The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
