• A minimum age of 12 and some experiences are required to join.
• We are able to accommodate 4-5 people per group for each tour.
• Please inform us ahead of time if you would like a GoPro, so we can prepare the battery.
• Please bring your passport, socks, and cash as card payments are not accepted. If a passport is not available, I will require a copy or photo of it and a 5,000 THB cash deposit.
• Bikes are not insured, and damage will be charged.
• Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
• Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
• Individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

• Scheduling can change due to weather conditions without prior notice. You will be notified in advance.
