Horrible, and extreme-unfriendly experience — avoid at all costs!

Ziplining at Treebridge Ziplining was a terrible experience from start to finish. We visited with our 7- and 8-year-old daughters, who have plenty of experience with climbing and ziplining and usually love it. However, during this entire tour, they were crying non-stop. The main issue was the complete lack of communication and how poorly we were treated. From the moment we arrived, we were yelled at and dragged toward a group, feeling like livestock rather than guests. No one welcomed us or even said hello. Helmets were shoved onto our heads and harnesses strapped on without a single word. There was zero communication with customers: no explanation of what to expect, no instructions, and no mention of whether we were ziplining alone or together. The staff members—some wearing scarves and masks—did not speak a word of English and made no effort to connect or communicate. We were rushed up the stairs and swung off the platforms without warning. Because the staff was just trying to rush people through the long lines, they pushed my young daughter up the stairs and even pushed her off a platform before she was ready. They also refused to let us as parents go first to guide or comfort our kids. When my daughters arrived trembling at the next platform, not a single staff member offered a high-five, a kind word, or a simple "well done." To make matters worse, my other daughter’s leg fell completely through a hole in the middle of one of the wooden platforms. She was terrified and crying, yet not a single staff member showed any concern, asked if she was okay, or apologized. As parents, it was impossible to enjoy anything because we were treated like garbage. We decided to stop the tour early. This was hands down the most child-unfriendly and unprofessional experience I have ever had—and equally horrible for adults. Please do not go here, especially if you have children!

A quiet day around Pig Island

We wanted something slower, and this private longtail trip matched that perfectly. Having our own boat made the day feel flexible. The beach became busier later in the afternoon, so going earlier would be even better.

A comprehensive tour

The captain's announcement was so quiet that I could barely understand the situation. Since pink dolphins are wild animals, I suppose it couldn't be helped, but I spent a considerable amount of time only to catch a brief glimpse of them from a distance. It wasn't particularly moving. Still, thank you for doing your best to entertain us within a limited budget.

Long ziplines with nice forest views

The longer lines gave enough time to enjoy the scenery instead of rushing through. I was a little nervous at first but quickly relaxed. A good choice if you want something active without being too extreme.

Real fight atmosphere with energetic crowd

The stadium had a lively atmosphere and the matches felt exciting from start to finish. Even without knowing much about Muay Thai, it was easy to follow. Seats could be a bit warm, but the action made up for it.

Worth leaving early for this nature trail

The walk wasn't too difficult and the scenery changed along the way. Rice fields and waterfalls made good photo stops. It was warm by late morning, so starting early definitely helped.

Seeing dolphins was worth the trip

We managed to spot dolphins and that alone made the morning memorable. The islands were peaceful and the boat ride was comfortable. We stayed a little longer at one beach than I expected, but I still enjoyed the experience.
