You are welcome to also join in this tour if you have a car or motorbike driver’s license and no prior ATV riding experience as long as you are up for the challenge! Please note we do not need to see evidence of a driver’s license as we are riding off-road and therefore no license required.

Although our ATV tour is tougher it is not a race and your safety is always our main priority! However, if you follow the guide’s instructions it is still very safe, exceptionally fun, and totally awesome. You will get to see some spectacular Thai countryside and enjoy REAL Thailand away from the concrete Jungle of downtown Pattaya City. In fact, you will feel like you’re in a whole new world trailblazing through the glorious trails. After the tour, you will definitely be hungry! Enjoy a quick shower and a complimentary huge Beef, Chicken or Veggie deluxe Burger, French fries and salad, fruit platter along with free-flow soft drinks.

• Drivers must be minimum age 15 years old
• Passengers must be minimum age 4+ years old
• The riders must be in a good physical and mental condition to ride safely. Therefore, no influence of alcohol and drugs, pregnancy as well as physical problems are not allowed.
• During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
• In any case, if your booking isn’t matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child’s age, child’s height, the number of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the tour.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel the tour. We will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
