- Guests are offered the option of utilizing our provided transportation to Carnival Magic or arranging independent transport.
- You will receive an email from our operations team confirming your hotel and scheduled pick-up time prior to the event.
- Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. To maintain fairness for all participants, we must adhere to the scheduled departure time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

Additional Information
- Children aged 1 to 3 years inclusive are designated as infants and, in accordance with policy, shall be accommodated on the lap of a supervising adult.
- Child tickets are applicable to children aged 4 to 10 years. Children under 100 centimeters in height are admitted without charge, provided they occupy the lap of a supervising adult.
- Operational hours for Carnival Magic Phuket Park are 05:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The restaurant and refreshment zone open at 05:30 PM, with the show commencing at 08:30 PM.
- Recording is not permitted during the performance, but photography is allowed outside the theater.
- In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, we will provide advance notification and offer options including rescheduling, an alternative excursion, or a complete reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
