• Guests are required to present their booking voucher (digital or printed) and a valid form of identification (e.g., passport) at the designated check-in counter.
• Children aged 0-3 years are admitted free of charge. They are typically expected to share seats with their parents or guardians and do not get a separate assigned seat.
• Children between the ages of 4 and 10 years old, and those whose height does not exceed 120 cm, will be charged the child rate.
• Should there be any discrepancies between your booking details and the actual situation upon arrival (e.g., child’s age or height, number of guests), you will be responsible for paying any additional charges directly at the venue for the show or tour.
• Due to varying tide conditions (low or high tide), the cruise itinerary may need to be adjusted, potentially affecting access to or views of certain landmarks.
• The standard cruising duration is approximately 2 hours. However, the actual disembarkation time may be later than the scheduled 09:30 PM. This is due to factors beyond the cruise’s control, such as high river traffic and prevailing weather conditions. Guests with tight post-cruise schedules should allow for this potential delay.
• Seating is usually assigned upon arrival, and specific seat requests cannot always be guaranteed, though efforts are made to accommodate preferences for areas such as the top deck.
• The consumption of outside food or beverages onboard is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is restricted to designated areas only; it is not permitted within indoor or air-conditioned sections of the vessel.
• Please note, this rate is not applicable on Loy Krathong Day (date in November to be advised), Christmas Eve (December 24th), Christmas Day (December 25th), and New Year’s Eve (December 31st – January 1st).
