At the designated pond area, float your handmade Krathong and let its candlelight drift across the water as a symbol of releasing misfortune and welcoming good fortune.

Choose the ticket that suits your preferred experience. Standard Ticket includes last row seating with a broad moonlit festival view, VIP Ticket includes medium row seating with a closer view, and Premium Ticket includes front row seating, 3 sky lanterns, and a 20-minute foot massage. • Children aged 4 years and above can participate when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• These ticket prices apply only to the events held on 24 and 25 November 2026.
• Bus and van transfers from The Pantip Lifestyle Hub operate continuously from 02:00 PM to 04:30 PM on a first-come, first-served basis. The last transfer departs at 04:30 PM.
• Bringing outside alcoholic beverages onto the event premises is not permitted.
• Outside lanterns are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety and environmental reasons.
• Drones are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety reasons.
• Firecrackers, personal fireworks, and flammable items are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety reasons.
• Please expect heavy traffic on the day of the event. The bus ride may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
• In the rare event that we must cancel a tour, we will notify you in advance and offer an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
