Enjoy a morning in Hua Hin learning to cook like a local with a hands-on class at Bamboo Cooking School, including convenient pickup to make the day effortless. Start with a stroll through the school’s garden to discover Thai herbs and ingredients, then head into the kitchen to prepare five dishes, from savory favorites to dessert.

You’ll choose one menu set, featuring classics such as Tom Yum Goong or Chicken in Coconut Milk Soup, plus popular stir-fries like Pad Thai or Stir-Fried Basil, along with other traditional Thai selections. With friendly, step-by-step instruction, you’ll practice key cooking techniques, learn how to prep ingredients the right way, and master the balance of Thailand’s signature flavors like spicy, sour, salty, and sweet. You’ll cook every dish yourself from start to finish, then end on a sweet note by making iconic desserts like Mango Sticky Rice, Thai Custard, or Tapioca in Coconut Milk. Finally, sit down to enjoy everything you’ve created and take home new skills and delicious memories.
