- Complimentary hotel pick-up is provided within Krabi Town and Ao Nang areas, with scheduled times between 11:30 AM – 01:00 PM. Guests staying at Railay Beach should proceed to the designated meeting point at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, a 15-minute ride from Railay East. Guests staying in Ton Sai, the meeting point is at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas are requested to utilize the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Please note that your precise pick-up time will be communicated via email following your booking. Guests are respectfully requested to meet their tour guide at meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
