• For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted within Mallika City.
• Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed in Mallika City; however, you can buy a variety of traditional Thai food and refreshments from our vendors.
• Firearms, weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed hazardous or disruptive by management are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• Even with the ‘Ticket with Thai Costume’ option, a refundable THB 300 cash deposit for the costume rental is required upon arrival at Mallika City.
• Within Mallika City, all transactions use traditional “Satang” coins, which visitors must exchange for modern currency at entry booths.
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
