• Buffet dining is available from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm for the 5:45 pm session and from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm for the 7:15 pm session. 
• The live performance is scheduled from 6:40 pm to 6:55 pm for the first session at 5:45 pm, and from 8:15 pm to 8:30 pm for the second session at 7:15 pm. 
• If you wish to stay longer after the tour ends, an additional speedboat fee of 150 THB per person will be charged. 
• For late arrivals, a speedboat transfer fee of 50 THB per person applies, or you can charter a boat for 500 THB, accommodating up to 28 people. 
• No outside food or drinks are allowed on board the boat. 
• Pregnant women are not permitted to join the tour. 
• Guest who has heart disease, High blood pressure, asthma or seizure disorder are not recommended to join the course. 
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund. 

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
