• The minimum age requirement is 12 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Non-swimmers can join but must follow guide instructions closely
• Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
• Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.
• This activity includes class II–IV rapids and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or certain medical conditions.

• Water levels may vary by season, especially during drier months (typically February to April), which can affect the pace and intensity of the rafting experience.
