• For your safety, closed-toe shoes (sneakers or hiking boots) are mandatory. Please avoid sandals or flip-flops, as these cannot be secured during the activity.
• We recommend athletic wear or long pants to ensure maximum comfort while wearing the safety harness. To prevent snagging in the pulleys, please avoid skirts, short-shorts, and loose accessories such as scarves or long jewelry.
• No alcohol or drug consumption is permitted prior to your flight. Guests under the influence will not be permitted to participate.
• All participants must follow the verbal and signaled instructions of their guide/instructor at all times. Non-compliance with safety directives will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
• In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
