For safety reasons, some rides have age limitations.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the park.
Swimwear is required for all water attractions, and we ask that guests wear appropriate attire throughout the park.
For Ghostbusters Zone, the required weight is between 35 kg and 120 kg, and participants must be at least 120 cm tall.
For Zombieland Zone, the required weight is between 35 kg and 110 kg, and participants must be at least 120 cm tall.
Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
Individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
