- The minimum age requirement for jet ski riders is 15 years.
- A maximum of 7 jet skis are available per tour.
- Please be aware that our routes and schedule may be subject to change based on weather conditions, ensuring your safety while still offering an unforgettable adventure.
- Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
- Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
- Individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.
- Please note that our insurance doesn’t cover medical expenses or personal belongings, so consider checking with your insurance provider for any additional coverage you may require.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Cancellation Policy

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
