- Pickup time is 8.15 a.m.- 8.30 a.m. for round 1, 9.15 a.m.- 9.30 a.m. for round 2, 1.00 p.m.-1.15 p.m. for round 3, 2.00 p.m. – 2.15 p.m. for round 4.
- The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don’t forget to recheck your email.
- Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
- You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

After hotel pickup, arrive at the mountaintop zipline park and meet your expert guides. Get a full safety briefing, suit up with quality equipment, and choose your course: SF1 (25 platforms) features 13 ziplines, including Phuket’s longest at 200 meters, 3 sky bridges, 7 staircases, 1 abseil, plus Honeymoon and Superman ziplines. SF2 (20 platforms) includes 9 ziplines, 2 sky bridges, 5 staircases, 1 abseil, and Superman zipline. SF3 (16 platforms) offers 8 ziplines, 2 sky bridges, 5 staircases, Honeymoon and Superman ziplines.
Each course winds through dense jungle with epic canopy views and thrilling drops. Fly side by side with a friend on the Honeymoon line or channel your inner hero on the Superman zipline—headfirst and full-speed. Courses range from 45 to 90 minutes depending on your option, with multiple time slots available daily.

Additional Information
- Each participant must not exceed the maximum weight limit of 110 kg.
- Participants are required to wear comfortable outdoor clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts, Flat-sole sneakers for walking on cable prior to engaging in the activity.
- Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
- Individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.
- The details of tour trips are subject to change without prior notice depending on the situation.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
