• Children aged 1 to 3 years, or those who do not exceed 100 cm in height, shall be granted free admission. These children may be required to occupy a parent’s lap. 
• Children aged 4 to 10 years qualify for child tickets. 
• Siam Niramit Phuket is open from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The restaurant and refreshment zone opens at 6:00 PM, and the show starts at 8:30 PM. 
• Seating arrangements are determined on the day of the event. Guests arriving after the scheduled start time will be seated at designated periods, subject to the theater’s discretion. 
• Theater doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Guests arriving late are requested to attend the performance after the scheduled break; otherwise, an appropriate seat will be assigned. 
• In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, we will provide advance notification and offer options including rescheduling, an alternative excursion, or a complete reimbursement.
