Your experience starts with hotel pickup and a safety briefing. You’ll receive a full-body harness, helmet, and water bag before heading to the trees. Guides walk you through each step, ensuring safety and fun as you glide, climb, swing, and soar through Phuket’s rainforest canopy.

• Child ticket applies to ages 4–14 or under 130cm in height. (Proof may be required).
• Participants must not exceed 120 kg. This activity is not advised for pregnant women, children under 4, or anyone with surgery within the last 6 months or health conditions like high blood pressure, asthma, or epilepsy.
• During the tour, riders are asked to strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the right to stop any risky riding with no refund.
• Please wear comfortable shoes. Flip-flops are not allowed. Sandals with straps are acceptable. Wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for physical activities.
• Please leave your valuable belongings at your hotel, we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
