- The child must be 6 years old and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.

- You don’t need to be a cycling fanatic to join the excursion.
- Please wear conservative attire: tops covering shoulders and sarongs for temples are required.
- Flip-flops are discouraged for safety reasons; closed shoes or sports sandals are recommended.
- The personal belongings of the customers during the trip will be the sole responsibility of the customers.
- Infant/child seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
- Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
- Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
- Individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.

- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
