Bicycle rental is included in the tour price.

In cases of damage or loss caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions, the company reserves the right to charge the participant for repair or replacement costs.

In the unlikely event that a tour is canceled, participants will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date, a different tour option, or a full refund.
