The meeting point is a 1-minute walk from the Museum of Broken Relationships, where you will see the Mae Kampong and Mon Jam Van sign. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

- For return to Chiang Mai option, please make your own way to the meeting point and arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Meet your driver at Wat Mae Kampong School, where a large sign is located near the entrance. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

Additional Information
- Children are charged at the same rate as adults.
- Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage up to 20 inches and 15 kg. Any additional luggage will incur an extra charge.
- This is a shared one-way transfer service between Chiang Mai and Mae Kampong. Please ensure you select the correct travel direction and departure time when booking.
- The transfer takes approximately 1.5 hours. Departure times may be subject to change by up to one hour due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Please note that hotel pickup is not included. All travelers are required to make their own way to the designated meeting point.
- In the rare event that we must cancel the transfer, you will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
