On arrival at the Mae Taeng River base camp, meet your certified guides for a full safety briefing and practice session before setting off. - Children aged 7–12 are welcome to join with a parent but must skip the 2km section of class IV rapids for safety.
- This is a shared tour, and the operator will pick up guests in sequence, please wait patiently at your hotel. If the wait is unusually long, contact the operator right away.
- If any booking details (such as child’s age, height, or number of participants) differ from what was provided, must be corrected with an additional payment on the spot.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
- The tour program is subject to change due to the weather.
- Your patience is appreciated should any unexpected delays occur during the hotel pick-up route.
