- Hotel pickup is available from Ao Nang, Khlong Muang, Tubkaek, and Krabi Town, with pickup.
- Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.

- Schedule: Every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Minimum 15 persons for daily departure.
- Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
- We will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur during the trip.

- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Cancellation Policy

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
