One Day Sri Lanna Lake Crossing by Kayak From Chiang Mai

With numerous boathouses to paddle to, the mild conditions of the lake make it the perfect playground for families and children. The fit kayaker can enjoy this crossing past lush jungle and across open waterscapes. In usually glassy conditions we enter the reservoir from the east and kayak to a group of floating houseboats while enjoying the coolness of the lake.

Get picked up from your hotel in Chiang Mai city center and drive 60km to the Sri Lanna National Park. You can enjoy a 14 km round trip past lush jungle and across open waterscapes. In good conditions, we enter the reservoir from the west and kayak to a group of floating boathouses. At the floating restaurant, you are provided lunch and refreshments. A diving tower invites you for a dip while others might explore the bay on their own. After a playful day at the lake, the group heads back on a kayak, enjoying the fantastic views of the Mae Ngat Valley and Sri Lanna National Park along the way.

• The minimum age of passengers is 8 years.
• Children up to 11 should be in a double kayak with a strong adult paddler.
• In any case, if your booking isn’t matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child’s age, child’s height, the number of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the tour.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel the tour. We will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
