- Hotel pickup is available from selected areas in Krabi, with pickup times between 7:00 a.m. and 7:40 a.m.
- Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.

- Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

- Swimming is not allowed at Maya Bay due to conservation efforts to protect the environment.
- Maya Bay is typically closed from 1 August to 30 September each year for environmental restoration (subject to change).
