• For your safety, the maximum rider weight is 88 kg (194 lbs). Please note, tickets are non-refundable for riders who exceed this weight limit.
• Children under 3 years old They must sit on a parent’s lap, and the combined weight of the parent and child must not exceed 88 kg (194 lbs).
• All participants are required to wear long pants for this activity.
• All riders must maintain control of their vehicle and adhere to the instructions of our guides. Uncontrolled riding is strictly prohibited.
• For optimal safety and personal attention from our guides, each group ride is restricted to a maximum of 8 participants.
• A safety equestrian helmet and riding boots are provided for every rider.
• This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back or neck problems, heart conditions, or other medical issues that could be aggravated by horseback riding.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, strong intermediate and advanced riders must demonstrate their ability to independently control their horse prior to leaving the stable.
• Punctuality: We must adhere to a strict schedule to accommodate all bookings. Late arrivals may result in a reduced ride time.
• In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
