The 4-WD transportation will take you to the top of Doi Pui Mountain 5400 feet (1646m) above the Palace and Doi Suthep Temple. After viewing Doi Pui Village below and some stretching, you will get to prepare your bikes and ready to ride down to the coffee plantation. This first part of the trip helps you to evaluate your riding ability and we talk about techniques to make your downhill bike trip even more enjoyable. Everyone is encouraged to practice the newly learned techniques. After the coffee break at the Plantation, we keep riding downhill until reaching our route west into the next valley. Fantastic forest riding with great views from open plantations, as you pass refreshing mountain creeks.

This forest road is hardly traveled and is perfect for mountain biking, allowing speed, but challenging your riding abilities. This is very secluded riding and you will feel a deep appreciation for the local ecology. Arriving at Huay Tueng Tao Lake we are expected at our favorite restaurant right at the lake where everyone meets up again. After a good lunch, drink, and a taste of the local fruit we will travel back to the city the lazy way by truck and good memories.
