I was asked to modify my original review, but I will not describe this “cruise” differently from what I honestly experienced. Once on the boat, guests are pushed to eat as quickly as possible because there is only about one hour for the buffet. The boat does not really cruise at all — it mostly stays in the same place and barely moves. The buffet experience was disappointing because everyone rushed at the same time, making it difficult to serve yourself properly or enjoy the meal peacefully. The show lasted only around 15 minutes, and the dancers constantly asked for money, even for taking a simple photo. Overall, the atmosphere felt very commercial and disrespectful toward foreign tourists. For the price paid, I do not believe this experience is worth it, and I would recommend choosing another activity in Thailand instead.

Great experience - the speedboat crew were professional and very fun, and the platform and staff were knowledgeable, patient and very kind! We caught a squid each, and ate them as the sun set :)

Read full reviewThe directions to the pier for pick up were a bit confusing. Pier A (an all other pick up spots) were not labeled. The boat that took us to the restaurant was not a speed boat. Within less than 5 minutes of arrival, all the Chinese tourists ravaged through the buffet and captured every single prawn from the tom yum soup. The show was also less than entertaining. None of the performers seemed to have had any dance training. One Chinese lady was taking the same selfie behind my mom for 20 minutes while one of her friends was shining her flashlight on her. Maybe we also wanted a picture with the Pattaya City sign on the background. Don’t waste your money here. Highly annoying experience and worst food I’ve EVER had in Thailand.

We had a horrible and upsetting experience on the Ocean Sky dinner cruise. The cruise was overcrowded, poorly organized, and felt unsafe from the start. No life jackets were visible, boarding was chaotic with guests pushing, and the "cruise" was misleading—the main vessel is stationary (you take a small boat to it). The food was average, the entertainment felt forced, and the overall atmosphere was far from the pleasant evening we expected. Most distressingly, during the photo session, several performers surrounded our family and behaved inappropriately, including groping and harassment, before aggressively demanding tips. Their conduct crossed all boundaries and made us extremely uncomfortable. When we asked them to stop, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. What should have been a fun family outing turned into a distressing situation. As frequent visitors to Thailand, we chose this cruise expecting harmless, family-friendly fun. Instead, we encountered a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests’ safety and dignity. The management's failure to control staff or enforce basic conduct standards is unacceptable. In an era where safety and respect are paramount, this experience was deeply disappointing. We urge management to retrain staff and implement clear safety and behavior policies immediately. Until then, we strongly advise avoiding this cruise, especially for families.

Ordered 2 tickets online via official website, got the and there was some confusion they said only 1 had been irdered, 15 minutes or so later we finally got the tickets we had ordered. Luckily we were the only people there otherwise it could of took longer. Walked through the outside sculptures which were fairly good, all painted white to look like ice. Then inside got a coat, paid extra for boots and gloves, and entered the fridge area, it is a shock going from over 30°c to -10°c so the boots and gloves were needed tithe sculptures inside were impressive and several you can interact with for photos. There are 2 ice slides in there too. After that we went to the area where the new ski simulator and ice rink are only to be told it was shut. That was that and left, all done in just over an hour. A little disappointed.

Because of high waves we couldn`t do our planned tour to the north, but the team of Oh-Hoo offered us another possibility. So we took the alternative to the south. This was also spectacular, because we went a large distance across the open sea. Although Pattaya is not a snorkel spot in this region, it was amazing, that the monkeys came so close to us! The tour was very well organized, the Jet Ski and the snorkel equipment were new, comfortable and from high quality. The tour leader took many excellent fotos and videos by drone and camera. So we have had a wonderful experience, which we can highly recommend.

When we got there, they were out of bait. We couldn’t catch squat. The only person we saw catching anything was one of the crew. The free drink was tiny, good but tiny. I eventually just sat in the swing because you had to pay to sit at a table which is just another way to get more money. And I was not paying them to sit at a table.
