We had a great experience with the Phi Phi Island hopping private longtail tour! The tour guide was very friendly and helpful. He speaks basic English, so communication was easy for us. We visited 6 islands in about 6 hours, which felt just nice, not too rushed. The longtail boat was comfortable, and they even provided pillows, so you can relax or nap during the trip. Just note that meals are not included, so it’s better to bring your own food. However, they do provide mineral water. Overall, very good service and a smooth experience. Highly recommend booking with them!

Very Disappointing Experience We had a very frustrating experience with this service. We arrived at Phi Phi Don Port at 8:20 AM for our 9:00 AM speedboat to Phuket, which we had already purchased tickets for in advance. When we went to the counter, we were told that our names were not on the passenger list. The staff simply told us to contact the provider, but unfortunately none of the phone numbers listed on our ticket were answering. There was no assistance offered to help resolve the issue. With the departure time approaching and no way to reach anyone, we were forced to buy new tickets on the spot in order not to miss the boat. This situation was extremely stressful and unnecessary. If tickets are sold, the booking should appear on the list, or there should at least be a working contact number or some support available at the port to resolve issues. Very poor coordination and customer service. I would not recommend relying on this booking service.

We had a great experience on this private tour and was worth the money paid, yes Maya Bay is busy with lots of tourists but that is to be expected, Maya Bay was beautiful and they do well to organise the amount of tourists visiting daily, however so glad we had our own private long tail boat and was not on the bigger boats squashed like sardines, we have done other organised tours in bigger boats in other areas of Phuket and had issues with seating and not being able to move and other unfriendly tourists, however the cost of this private tour was a lot more affordable and definitely worth it, a fantastic experience ☺️

A really excellent trip, well organised. Seeing Maya Bay early before the crowds was fantastic. The snorkelling opportunities were really good. Stopping at Bamboo Island for lunch and the opportunity for a swim was excellent as the beaches and water is really beautiful. Our guide Joe was excellent, taking time to provide information and best areas for snorkelling, thank you Joe 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Early departure did make difference. Our boat beat the crowd, and successfully visited Maya Bay, Loh Samah Bay, Pi Leh Bay, Pi Leh Lagoon, Viking Cave, Bamboo Island, Monkey Beach, Nui Beach. We had 3 - 4 times of swimming activities, including 2 times of snorkeling activities. Some bu not all saw sharks. It was very relaxed tour. These islands are just so beautiful.

The private boat tour was definitely the right choice. We went where we wanted around the Phi Phi islands and stayed as long as we wanted at each spot. Our boatman understood words like “snorkel” and our pronunciation of Thai place names. We got along well. My wife forgot her sandals on the boat. The tour company went out of their way to try to get them back to us, but unfortunately they couldn’t hop the islands fast enough to reach us. We appreciate their effort.
